About me: I am an avid beauty and fashion lover/reader/devotee whose nose is always stuck in WWD/Beauty Inc. I am constantly trying new things – from products, food, places, or much more. Spending time with friends and family, traveling far and near, listening to my revered country bands, and watching the Angels play ball are just a few of my favorite pastimes.
What’s in your beauty bag: You mean bags?! So many products, but a few are definitely my go-tos: Manna Kadar Lipstick in Pretty Smart, Kevyn Aucoin Celestial Bronzing Veil, butter LONDON Nail Lacquer in Trout Pout, Epionce Lytic Gel Cleanser, Batiste Dry Shampoo and Nick Chavez Angel Wings Hairspray… just to name a few.
#1 must have product: Prive’s Vanishing Oil. It adds shine to wet, dry, curled, frizzy or straight hair without any oily weight.
Favorite brand(s): Nick Chavez, Manna Kadar, Epionce and DHC… but the list goes on and on!
Best beauty tip: Always try something different! A new day should bring different product than yesterday – a new shade of lipstick, a different accent nail, or a curling iron instead of a straightener.
Your biggest beauty concern: Acne scars. I always had a hard time dealing with acne when I was younger, and now I am stuck with the left behind scars. I try and use the best product which will not only conceal the scars, but help eliminate them.

There are endless perks to working for a company who partners with over 700 brands, however there is one irritating aspect of the job as well: my mother thinks all I have to do is cast some abracadabra spell over her face to magically make her wrinkles go away in an instant. WRONG. Sorry, Mom [...]

How many times have we received the same advice about what happens to our well-being when we are put under stress? About a million. Groupon throws thousands of “stress-relieving” massages at us for discounted rates, advertisers say we need sleep performance sheets to aid in our stress driven lack of Z’s, and fitness gurus insist [...]
