Summer is bare-skin season. So before you don your warm-weather fashion staples and head to the nearest beach, make sure your skin is ready for maximum exposure! And when we say skin, we mean every bit of flesh that covers you from head to toe—including the most abused and most overlooked part of your skin: your heels and elbows!
Cracked heels and rough, flaky elbows are not just unsightly. If left untreated, these course and scaly parts can easily worsen and cause pain over time. Of course, you can always splurge a little and treat yourself to frequent foot and body scrub sessions—or you can try Glytone’s Heel and Elbow Pamper Kit, which utilizes the unique qualities of glycolic acid to exfoliate, smooth and rejuvenate even the roughest parts of your skin.
Derived from sugar cane, glycolic acid is the smallest and most effective form of alpha hydroxy acid. It benefits the skin by weakening the binding properties that hold dead skin cells together on the outermost layer of the skin. By loosening and removing the trapped dead cells, the live and healthy cells underneath can freely resurface, revealing a younger, smoother and softer skin.
And now, for our latest contest giveaway, we are excited to announce that this 4-piece Glytone Body Ultra Heel and Elbow Pamper Kit is up for grabs! Simply tell us: How do you pamper your body from head to toe in preparation for summer? A total of 5 lucky winners will be chosen at random to receive the following:

Exfoliation! I dry brush my body to prevent keratosis pilaris that always flares up in the summer
I exfoliate both face and body, and hydrate with rich moisturizers for my dry skin. Then I follow with self-tanner.
I exfoliate, moisturize and try to go to a spa to get a massage always use sunscreen.
I usually start out with a head to toe exfoliation, massage, and then plenty of sun time!
I pamper myself with silky lotion with tons of SPF. I make sure I do a deep hair conditioner once a week and get plenty of sleep!
I always use lotion to keep my skin hydrated
To prepare for summer, I use a hydrating mask for my hair, a purifying mask for my face, and a body scrub for my body. I also make sure to keep my hands and feet ultra-moisturized, since they have a tendency to get dry.
I start by using a Healthy glow toning and firming lotion! And i clip and polish my nails!I sure could use this feet pamper kit!My feet need it bad Thanks
The best way to pamper my skin in preparation for the summer is lots and lots of cocoa butter! It gives my skin this great glow:)
Lots of endless scrubbing:(!
I exfoliate with a sugar scrub to pamper my skin from the chest down and various types of milder exfoliation on the chest and face.
I don’t really but I should.
My elbows really need this getting older stinks
I prep for summer by exfoliating from heard to toe with the best products I can find!
I exfoliate from head to toe about once a week, then follow up with a rich moisturizer.
Glytone Ultra Heel & Elbow does wonders for your feet and I have some pretty problem feet! It’s the only product that really works for me.
lots of buffing off dead skin and using a good body butter.
I start in the late winter months by moisturizing right after the shower and continue this thru summer, I do get a little lazy about it after labor day though.
I always treat myself to pedicures!
Try the retexturize exfoliating body wash! It has glycolic acid to exfoliate and smells fabulous!
I would love to win quality Glytone products. You have a fun and interesting site. My friends are now your fans to.
I pamper my body from head-to-toe with
(1) mineral-rich Shower gel
(2)Hand and Foot Cream after manicure and pedicure at home
(2) luxurious, lightly scented body lotion that leaves skin feeling hydrated and incredibly soft.
Deep conditioning treatment for hair and scalp, face and body exfoliation, and moisturize like crazy!
I get mani-pedis more regularly and I drink tea all day long.
This set sounds great!!! I totally need to pamper during the summer!
I pamper my body from head to toe with a relaxing soak in sea salts, massage (if I’m lucky), luxury body scrub & great moisture (body oils or lotions.)
I love the Glytone products – have been using them for several years
Oh yeah, and I pamper my body by getting massages, eating a very healthy diet, and hiking till my heart’s content.
I use body scrubs 2x a week and I use body moisturizer every single day. Once a week, I buff my heals and use a thick cream on my feet and cover with cotton socks. I’ve been doing this for a while now and my skin looks great!
For summer, I just switch to a higher SPF sunscreen and avoid direct exposure to the sun as much as I can. I think avoiding sun is the best “pampering” I can do; it helps to prevent skin cancer and premature aging, so using sunscreen is the best thing for health and beauty–isn’t that the untimate pampering?
I take a longg and hot bath
I start by doing a lot more body scrubs to get my skin soft. I use masks. I drink a lot of water and I get a regular mani/pedi.
I would love to win, Thanks for the chance
I exercise all year long-I huff,I puff and I wake up every day much more earlier than my family.Because I deserve to look good come summertime!
Sorry I just saw I was suppose to comment on how I pamper my body from head to toe for summer, but really I don’t do anything I pamper my skin and nails and hair all year long.
That would be a fantastic win and treat.
I relax in a nice hot bubble bath with candles and soft music, maybe a glass of wine.
I use the exfoliating gloves and a good moisturizing bodywash to get rid of the winter dry skin. After the shower, I then moisturizerize, moisturize, moisturize.
I have been using Clarisonic body scrub to exfoliate and Olive Oil to pamper my body skin. So far it has been going very well. I’d like to get a deeper exfoliation so I can get rid of some of the freckles on my body.
I make sure I use sunscreen when going outside. Drink tons of water. Take bubble baths,
First things first – pedicure. For the love of all that is holy, why can’t men and women pay enough attention to his/her feet that I don’t feel ill if I happen to notice the ick of unkempt feet?
I also make certain I apply sunscreen(and moisturizer)to the back of my neck and to my decollete despite only seeing the sun on the way to work in the mornings.
Lastly, I keep my lips shiny with pink gloss at all times that I am awake. It makes me smile to see my “summery” lips.
would love to win this
Yay ! this looks awesome
not abusing my feet- using a pimice stone- doing a pedicure and lots of moisturizer..and most of all shoes that do not burn, kill or rip my feet
Not to much pampering, that’s why I would like to try this product.
I start shaving my legs & using lotion:) Get a little “lax” in the winter.
Ive been exfolating everyday then using a cellulite treatment and slathering lotion on feet & hands every chance I get.
I definitely use body lotion allllll over and moisturizing sun screen on my face. I’m really bad about using sun block on my body, so I just make sure to cover up with long flowy cardies and leggings. Summer is also my favorite time to use bath salts and facial masks!
My Shower Body Routine: My skin goal for the summer is to keep my skin soft and smooth.
1.) I use a shower gel that has a nice exfoliation incorporated into it, in order to give myself an everyday exfoliation. [St. Ives Exfoliating Shower Gel]
2.) I wash it off, and then use my Glytone KP Shower Gel on my arms using a shower pouf. I absolutely love the KP Shower Gel because it makes my skin so smooth and soft and also prevents my KP.
3.) After this step, I shave my legs. I love using my EOS Shave Cream and Gilette Venus Razor to still give my skin that smooth-looking appearance even though I have shaved.
4.) Once I get out of the shower, I use my Glytone KP Lotion and my St. Ives Vitamin E Lotion to maintain the moisturization of my skin.
And that is pretty much it for prepping up my skin for the summertime.
Thanks so much for the giveaway Dermstore! <3

When the weather gets warm, I like to make my own body scrub by combining jojoba oil, coarse sugar and honey. I mix it up fresh each time (because the sugar would dissolve otherwise), and it cleanses and smooths my skin extremely well!
I don’t do a lot of pampering things except paint my nails. get some color from the sun.
I like to soak my feet in a peppermint oil bath and then I use lots of shea butter products.
I start by exfoliating my body in my stam room. Give good massage with lavender dry body oil. Do it couple of times before real summer starts. I’m an Asian Indian person so don’t need tan but still I like soft glow on body so I use very light self tanner cream. I use everything with sun scream at least 15spf or higher. Sun glasses and cap are my friend too. Now I’m ready to show off my healthy. Glowing body.

The usage of Tea Tree Oil in stopping Toenail Fungus is unquestionably an amazing treatment for people experiencing that nail discoloration. But without doubt, it is tried and tested that this natural and organic medicine helps us to eliminate Toenail Fungus..read this zetaclear review
simply in the shower i use Apricot scrub and after that i use cetaphil cream adding spf 40 ..head to toe or face to toe
I scrub and moisturize! To pamper my skin, I use a body scrub and a face scrub to make sure my skin is properly exfoliated and ready to take on the tanner! A healthy glow is very nice but only when your skin isn’t being damaged by the sun!
After scrubbing my body, I love using baby oil gel after the shower. It makes your skin super soft and glisten. On my face I use a Vitamin C + E serum then a day moisturizer with SPF or a night moisturizer that will envelope my skin with goodies like hyalauronic acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and other wrinkle and damage correcting ingredients.
I take warm showers. Use a good moisturizer all over my skin. Plus I exfoliate to remove dead skin cells. I use an antioxidant for eyes, face and neck. Plus I use a tinted moisturizing SPF30 on face and neck. I am following Dermstore and Glytoneusa on twitter.
I use exfoliating products daily when showering then follow up with a rich moisturizer. I don’t switch to lighter body moisturzers in the summer but use the heavier formulations year round.
would love to try this it’s just what i need
I like to use more body powder to keep fresh and avoid chafing. I have sensitive skin, so need gentle sunscreens and lotions for my face.
I pamper myself with exfoliation of the body and nice rub down with lotion or body butter.
I prep for summer by trying to walk more..watch what I eat and exfoliating more and drink lots more water to keep my skin healthy
I use body scrubs 3-4 times a week and use a rich body lotion with AHA’s in it.
I exfoliate my face & body three times a week. Body butter on body & feet. Night time moisturizer on face
I eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, salmon, drink tons of water, exfoliate with sugar scrubs and use alot of moisturizers.
Exfoliate my face & body & moisturize my body with shea body & coconut oil.
I do salt scrubs head to toe!
I m exfoliating more and scheduled for a chemical peel before the sun comes out too much! I need to begin to self tan also. this kit looks like Just wat I need to kick off summer! Looks like its got everything included. I keep up on manis and pedis year round but winter shoes and boots cause dry rough feet, no matter how much I stay on top of it. Great giveaway!!!! Thank you!!
By using lots of moisturizers and lotions.
I get ready for summer by taking a good soak, and exfoliating my entire body with a sugar based item, because I have rubbed so hard with the chunky salt types, that I’ve ripped my skin open before. My feet are so bad, that I have used real sand paper to try to remove all of the calluses and cracks. This set would be so very helpful for me.
exfoliate, use pumice stone on feet, moisturize from head to toe and then moisturize somemore.
Exfoliate and moisturize for sure!
I use alot of different scrubs and a loofah to get as much dead dry skin off and then apply alot of moisturizder
SPA- FROM HEAD TO TOE !
I love Glytone KP kit!
I work on my dry winter skin by exfoliating with scrubs and moisturizing with shea moisturizers. I work on my dry feet/heels by slathering on moisturizer then putting on socks before going to bed a few nights a week.
I exfoliate and moisturize…another thing I love to do is seal in the moisture on hands, elbows and feet with a face primer. It works
Exfoliate and use coconut oil when just out of the shower/bath, then air dry! Really leaves my skin soft.
p.s. I also take a big spoonful of coconut oil and eat it, either just as is, or added to oatmeal, any hot foods.
♥
I need help, I’m at the age where mt legs and feet are as dry as elephant skin
Exfoliate followed by good body lotion.
I love to use glycolic acid products on my face and body to refresh and prep my skin for all the moisture I need.
i use hydratring moisturizers on my dry skin every day
You can’t hide dry skin in the summer not matter how hard you try. As I get older, I get drier so I need help! What I have tried is to moisturize immediately after getting out of the bath also making sure the bath water is not too hot. Then, on the areas that sop up my moisturizer right away, I spray on olive oil and thoroughly rub it in. Even with all this I still need more help.
Use body lotion to keep my skin hydrated, and sun screen to protect it from sun damage
Love Gloytone and the Dermstore.
I would like to win this.
Exfoliation and AHA lotions.
I love Glytone and Dermstore. I have Lupus and I need some special products for my skin and hair, and Dermstore always comes through! I use Glytone already, and if you have acne prone skin, it is wonderful! I recommend it to all my patients as I am an RN.
Exfoliate, moisturize and get pedicure
Exfoliate, moisturize and sunscreen–head to toe!
I exfoliate my feet in the shower and then apply moisturizer and socks immediately after drying off to lock in moisture.
I dry brush my skin and then use plenty if moisterizer. No matter what I do, my feet stay dry and heels are very rough. The more pedicures I have, the rougher they feel. I am new to your products and would love to win these products.
I use Glytone exfoliating wash every day, but have sadly neglected my elbows and heels. I have not had to see my dermatologist in over a year to have him to deal with my keritoses because the Glytone products do the job!
Thank you, Rose
I generally use scrubs that are maded from myself or someone else. However, I will try this one.
I pamper myself by giving myself a nice pedicure and stepping up the sweaty exercise to clear out my pores!
Salt water is very good for your skin, a dip in the ocean or make your own in a bath.
As I get older the importance of proper facial care is essential.Proper cleansing, toning, exfoliatin and a good moisturizer has improved my age spots scarring from menopausal acne and fine wrinkles.Exfoliation can apply to other parts as well.My feet can become very dry and cracked without wearing sneakers and soxs.A good moisturizer for them as well as elbows, belly and feet are needed. The addition of sleep soxs over moisturizer at night is a tremendous help.
I do it simple. Exfoliate and then moisturize from head (including hair) to toe with coconut oil. I drink lots of water !
Exfoliate and moisturize from head to toe.
I am a vilgilante about keeping my elbows and feet mositurized! I exfoilte in the shower daily. I rub coconut oil and nivea every night then put on socks with bedroom slippers. Then through out the day when I lotion my hands, I always go PAST my elbows! I wasn’t blessed with good feet so I have to work hard to get what mama didn’t give me. Like I said… VILLGILANT
Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate…and moisturize ever after!
hair masks, moisture cream face and body, foot scrubs and body scrubs.
Getting older is a lot more work than before—but take the time and do the work!
Exfoliate!
Exfoliate, moisturize, exfoliate, moisturize, moisturize, MOISTURIZE!
I make a scrub with raw turbinado sugar and olive oil, and really scrub my legs, arms, chest, and face with it. Then I shower. My skin looks fantastic afterwards.
First, I start eating more fruits and veggies, do regular workouts or at least walk the dog. Then I make sure to have a good body scrub once a week and insist more on my pedicures. That gives me a nice cinfidence boost. Also, shop for some new summer clothes when wallet allows it, doesn`t hurt, either.
I never expected for my feet to be such a problem. This kit would be a wonderful relief for me.
Hi, I would be so excited to be the winner of Glytone’s Body Pamper Kit! Thank you for the opportunity to win!
My summer essentials are lots of water, a sun hat, a good body scrub, sunblock for body and face and gentle exfoliation and moisturization of my face. Oh, and a light moisturizer for my hair though humid summers here make usage of one pretty infrequent. Body scrubs are great for cell turn-over, keeping my tone even and my skin soft. And a good sunblock for both body and face keeps me looking healthy and not too tanned. Also exfoliating elbows and heels (for those barefoot moments outside) is helped by water and a good scrub at least twice a week. I’ve tried to follow these rules since my twenties and have been pretty pleased so far, so will continue the routine in hopes of ageing gracefully and well with a good amount of respect but responsibility under the sun.
I need to exfoliate more, but I definitely think that’s necessary for a proper summer skin regime!
#1 I hydrate, hydrate, hydrate to combat the scorching AZ sun.
#2 Pamper feet w/soaks,scrubs & mucho moisterizers so I can use those pretty nail polishes & sandals.
#3 Share w/everybody all the products that work so well.
I live in Phoenix so have to up the sunscreen from the norm and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.
I have dry feet and need something else than the lotion Im using!!
I exfoliate with a sugar scrub, keep shower water lukewarm, moisturize when still damp, drink plenty of filtered water & fresh fruit & veggies.
Exfoliation is key to younger looking skin!
I start with a smooth and rejuvenateing body lotion and a bit of cocoa butter onthose rough spots. I finish with a self tanning lotion with a slight strength of sunblockers.
I exfoliate and switch to lighter creams. OF course I also drink much more. Thanks!
I exfolliate then put on a self tanner
Having smooth and clear skin is a great way to glow in the summer! Would love to try this product.
I use a gentle scrub on face once a wk followed by a face serum and day/night cream. On my body and feet, I exfoliate with a sugar scrub and hydrate with a rich in nutrient body butter. I’ve start to notice dry patches near my ankles which can be quite embarrassing.
I drink extra water and moisturize after exfoliation, I can never exfoliate too much.
I just use moisturizer, but looking into these other better options!
thank you
I drink more water and stay well hydrated, and I also use a mud mask for my face and a light body lotion everywhere else. I am darker complected, so I do not worry so much about sunburn, but there is an spf rating on the body lotion that I use. But this kit could really help!
I start from the inside and work my way out- drinking lots of water, exercising more and sitting in the sauna at the gym. Good sweat = decent glow.
Loofah exfoliation and Eucerine Plus takes the glow from decent to great. No ash or scaly skin *anywhere*.
It’s a must to exfoliate and moisturize plus use sunscreen. For feet, scrubbing with a pumice stone and using a heavy cream with socks on before a pedicure is key to sandal-ready feet.
Summer means sandal feet…have to soak and exfoliate, foot file if neccesary and always a salt scub for the entire body. Summer skin and feet!
Lots of lotion as well as exfoliating, along with pumicing the feet!
I exfoliate with a homemade scrub of olive oil and sugar. My skin feels silky smooth after.
Exfoliation! Best way to keep your skin at its best!
I always use plenty of sunscreen and moisturizer.
I pamper my body with a good work out and then a refreshing shower where I gently scrub my body and a gently scrub for my face and rinse with cool water. Out of the shower, I moisturize my body and face with glytone moisturizers. Felling good all day!
Crossing my fingers! My feet need a little TLC!
I get ready for summer by getting my mind in the right frame, then my body usually follows. I always use sunscreen and I am so busy I only have time to eat fruits and vegetables or something I can grab on the go that’s healthy!!!!
I exfoliate and start with the sun-less tanning lotion and a quality sunscreen.
I begin my pampering session by soaking in the jacuzzi at the gym. Afterwords, I exfoliate my already softened skin. For icing on the cake, I sit in the steam room and breathe in eucalyptus or another soothing botanical oil like lavender. At the end of the night, I sleep like a baby!
exfoliation and self tanner
I use a sugar scrub with scented oil to exfoliate, sit in the bath for a while, then I use a callous remover on my feet, then I moisturize my entire body with a thick, heavy body lotion.
I use glytone and caudilie on my face, glytone body wash and bath n body works exfoliator for my feet. Would so love this gift
I use a Microplane device to exfoliate my feet and then apply a foot balm overnight. I also regularly exfoliate my body in the shower and then apply some wonderful body oils that make my skin like silk. Finally, I use a rich hand cream at night and a sunscreen during the day everywhere. Suncreen is the best prevention from the effects of aging.
I have been using skin care such as glycolics for over 10 yrs now. I am not working now so I can not afford to buy the good skincare, and it shows.
I would love to win some glytone.
Im ready to try this
I get my hair, nail and toes done all year round (but pay more attention to detail in summer).
You don’t have to wear a lot of make up, but pay attention to your eyes ~ your eyes says it all.
Smile and have confidence in knowing you look your best. If you do all of this, you are looking your best from head to toe!
Love to try this soon, I hope I will be a winner!!!!
Dry skin brushing and coconut oil! And sun screen! And water!
I haven’t ever pampered myself for summer, though the idea of it sounds quite nice!
I want to win LOL
The best way to pamper my body is to have a wonderful spa!
Glytone is the best!
In preparation for summer I start waxing late spring so that I don’t have to shave so much when sporting my tank tops and shorts. Plus the waxing itself acts an exfoliator. It is very important to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out. I make sure to drink lots of water and also exfoliate my skin with St. Ives apricot scrub. How else can your moisturizer absorb past your dead skin flakes?
Last but certainly not least, SUNBLOCK! my face neck and decolette (chest) are priority areas. I don’t want a 24 year old face with an 80 year old neck and chest lol!
I exfoliate, use more acne clearing products, and lighter moisurizer.
exfoliation head to toe.. and always follow-up with moisturizer.
I’m newly single this summer and pretty sad about it so would love to try the Glytone and pamper myself a little!
I exfoliate and use vitamin enriched moisturizers like apricot oils and lotions.
I exfoliate and give myself mini pedicures, manicures, and a really good hair blow out! Oh and I also use sunless tanner for that glow
I take a bubble bath, then wash myself with a really moisturized body wash then afterwards, I lotion my whole body including face moisturizer. For my hair I always use a hair mask after shampooing and conditioning and afterwards, I use moroccan oil in my hair and when it dries, I use frizz ease serum.
i have fragranced body lotion all over my body and light moisturized and spf on my face.
I use Glytone’s exfoliating body wash (got in the my last BeautyFix selection) and then use a body butter post-shower to make my skin soft and glowy. If I’m showing a lot of skin, I like to use a bronzing oil for a JLo look.
And a few pedicures are always a nice summer treat too.
exfoliate and sun tan lotions.
I do a sugar scrub once a week to get my skin in showing off condition.
I make sure that i exfiliare regurlarly, put moisturizer afterwards and use sunscreen from head to toe during a day!
Exfoliate and pedicures!
Exfoliate, scrub, apply sunscreen, lipbalm with SPF, moisturize, oil massage hair, enjoy pedicure, most important stay hydrated and happy all the time.
Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate! Then, I follow it up with a good moisturizer and lots of sunblock. I use Glytone products, as well as other glycolic acid-containing items, so my skin is more susceptible to UV radiation — so much so, I still tan through SPF 35 in less than 2 hours. So, sunblock is a must-have!
I use a mudd mask for oil absorption due to oily skin, a mixture of extra light olive oil, honey and lemon deep conditioner for my hair(I leave this in overnight, wrap your hair in and old towel), olive oil body butter for skin and exfoliate before and I do a foot soak in sea salt, exfoliate with foot brush and then apply shea, cocoa butter and olive oil body butter lathered on very thick and then tie plastic grocery bags on my feet for an hour to really mosturize and soften.
Love glytone- first got at derm’s office only product that has helped!
A body scrub, body cream and bronzer
I use a body scrub in the shower for quick exfoliation, followed by lotions containing that contain glycolic. Then I follow up with sunscreen. I also use a firming brightening lotion on my body at night.
I exfoliate from head to toe. Actually I have very dry feet so I use a pumice stone on feet. Then I put on a body moisturizer, face i use antioxidant and tinted SPF30. My feet I use a real heavy moisturizer and I put on cotton socks.
My feet good really use the Glytone Kit.
I use cocunut oil all over my heal and feet and put a moisture sock on from BBQ and sleep with it on overnight.
Gotta be exfoliating!! Extra moisturizing with a light lotion; nothing heavy for summer. Then, fingers and toes done, and lots and lots of SPF all over, and you’re set for summer!!
Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate
I like to make sure my skin stays hydrated!
I spend 20 minutes morning and night pampering my skin.I wash, treat and moisturize my whole body!
lotion my feet and put on socks every night before going to bed
Two words: EXFOLIATION & SUNSCREEN! I love Glytone, their acne products are simply the best!
I love Glytone!
EXFOLIATE!!!!
I exfoliate 2-3 times per week and always always moisturize! It is also important to apply sunscreen when dealing with this summer heat.
face. elbows, knees feet. need LOTS of extra attention
exfoliation and using toner on my oily summer skin every morning
Exfoliate, then hydrate, hydrate, hydrate inside and out.
I drink lots of water and start each and every day w/ a cup of hot water and lemon – that’s for my insides! For my ‘outsides,’ I exfoliate everything (haha), and use a good SPF lotion on my face, neck, chest, and anyplace else that is exposed to the sun! I use extra-rich cream on my ankles and feet. Thanks so much for this opportunity to win such a fabulous package!
Dry brushing and lots of moisturizing! I am pretty bad about remembering to put lotion on my hands and body but I am trying to be better.
I exfoliate, moisturize, and get plenty of sleep.
For the body I start with exfoliation with Nuetrogena Sugar Scrub, intense Hydration and then Nivea Sun-Kissed Firming Moisturizer every day so I am sun ready and don’t look like a beached whale. A bikini wax and then a spa pedicure and I am ready!
Use a fabulous body scrub and follow with body lotion everyday!
Exfoliate, scrub, apply sunscreen, lipbalm with SPF, moisturize and pedicures..:)
Exfoliate and lotion
I exfoliate more than normal since I show more skin in the summer. And I pay extra attention moisturizing my feet since I wear sandals everyday all summer!
Exfoliate….yes I really need to!! Help!
Exfoliate and moisturizer is a must, and don’t forget the sunscreen..
Exfoliate. And exfoliate some more!!
Exfoliate, exfoliate, oils, lotions..tons and tons of hydration and water:)
Love the Glytone body wash to smooth my skin for summer!
I go from no maintenance to low maintenance… a good scrub, lots of lotion, & a pedicure make me feel ready for summer
I eat healthy and take care of my skin
My feet are so happy to be out of closed shoes (and I hate to wear socks!). My feet need some TLC to start off the summer – exfoliate, moisturize, and a do-it-yourself pedicure!
I have found that what works best for me during the summer is Argan oil. I use it on everything! Hair, skin and even my nails.. I use a simple sugar scrub for after sun exposure and lots of aloe since i tend to burn (yes even with sunscreen)
I also make sure my skin is clear of blemishes with these awesome benzoyl peroxide pads my dermatologist recommended. Since I wear lots of sandals, I soak my toes in a mint soak (a little bit of listerine and water does fine) then I spray the Argan oil and mix it in with a heavy cream lotion.
After a luke warm shower, I moisterize my body with shea butter, then spritz a sweet herbal fragance to ground and release my emotions.
I use IQderma products like the serum, cleanser, and moisturizer. Plus the glytone sunscreen – great product
I exfoliate my body and apply self tanner, and I also use lighter moisturizers due to increased oily skin. I also do pedicures!
Exfoliate ~ Exfoliate ~ Hydrate ~ Hydrate!
Since the summer heat brings out the oil on my face, I would do a deep clay mask cleansing once a week after lightly exfoliating my face. After the mask, my pores feel tight and most of all, those annoying blackheads on my nose are gone.
I heart DermStore )
I try to exfoliate as much as possible to rid the dead skin and then MOISTURIZE all time!! I use sunblock as much as possible so my skin doesnt burn and peel. I also take in as much water as possible H2o is the best solution for anything!
Exfoliate! Glycolic acid is the best all over body secret for summer ready skin! Plus, bright manis and pedis give me summer style so easily. I shun the sun so sunscreen is mandatory head to toe, I’m proud to be pale.
I exfoliate and moisturize
I use an organic body scrub for the body every week. For the face I use a facial scrub one twice a week, and, finally, a foot scrub with lavender and foot lotion.
I use a lotion with tons of SPF everyday

Before the hot weather hits, I like to stock up on lighter emollience products for my face, and make sure I have plenty of Avene thermal spring water spray on hand to keep cool. I like to use an aloe gel mask with hyaluronic acid that I keep in the refrigerator. I also have to make sure I’ve got a few different kinds of sunscreen for body and face, and a brush-on mineral powder sunscreen that I keep in my bag at all times. Every time I think of it, I dust it over my face (it doesn’t mess up makeup!) and all other exposed areas. I’m well on my way to eliminating my dark spots, I don’t want any new ones!
