About the Author: Lisa Goldfaden

After years of teaching in both the private and public school systems in New York City and at the illustrious Paley Center for Media, Lisa Goldfaden left education and decided to pursue something a little more “homemade.” Lisa recalls, “My brother and I grew up watching my father help people by treating and curing them not only with medical expertise, but also with understanding and emotional support. I definitely credit my dad for my artistic side and after watching him create unique products, this way of life became one of those things that I felt so strongly about pursuing. I knew this was my path.”

Today, Lisa is happily ensconced as Vice President of Marketing and is a walking billboard for the success of GOLDFADEN MD. “I often joke that I am ‘making the world more beautiful, one face at a time’, but I really do believe this!     I would just like to say that I love the new packaging. It seems a little more modern, as well as eye catching. I also would like to say that I LOVE your products. I don’t understand why I don’t hear about this brand more often, being that it has so many quality ingredients! And with consumers educating themselves more and more in regard to what is actually in skincare products. What to look for, what you don’t want to see in the product and what order the ingredients are in. When some companies advertise having Retinol, for example, but when the consumer reads the ingredients and see tht it’s actuall number 18 in the list of ingredients, they know that it’s not going to have much effect on the skin. Most of your products have ingredients that are very beneficial to the skin. I use what I like as often as I can. And…I’m a walking advertisement as well. I get so excited to see your skincare line is having wonderful effects on my skin, I can’t wait to tell my friends and post to Facebook. The only issue that I have a problem with is the price. I’m not saying that the products are not worth the money, only that its hard for me to replace them exactly when I need them. I understand that you have to pay for quality ingredients, sometimes it just gets a little tough. Thank you for your products!
