Live Q&A with JUARA

BY guestblogger · April 5, 2013

Want an opportunity to get anti-aging skincare advice from the experts? Learn the power of ancient Balinese beauty recipes by joining us on Facebook on Wednesday, April 10 from 12pm – 1pm PST. We’ll be hosting a live Q & A session with Yoshiko Roth and Metta Murdaya, two of the founders of Indonesian botanicals-inspired skin care company, JUARA.

Yoshiko’s fascination with skin health began in her childhood with the discovery of her chemist father’s dictionary of dermatological diseases and her Japanese mother’s passion for quality skin care—after which, she found herself spending afternoons and weekends at the beauty counters of department stores and pharmacies studying ingredient labels and speaking with knowledgeable sales associates and estheticians. While a student at New York University’s Stern School of Business, she met Metta, a native Indonesian who introduced her to Indonesian botanical traditions and beauty rituals. Metta was determined to marry the traditional herbal tradition of the East with the modern technology of the West. Together with two additional founders, Yoshiko and Metta created JUARA.

Yoshiko and Metta are thrilled to chat about all their anti-aging secrets and divulge the details on their first serum: Clove Flower and Tumeric Anti-Aging Serum. This powerful anti-aging elixir is packed with JUARA’s active botanicals to instantly smooth the skin—continued use will reduce fine lines as well as help produce vibrant, luminous and youthful skin.

Juara’s Clove Flower and Tumeric Anti-Aging Serum has yet to be officially released, but we will be giving it away to celebrate its launch! That’s right: 5 lucky participants in Juara’s upcoming Q&A on DermStore’s Facebook page will receive a full-sized serum (retail value: $62). Talk about a deal!

To participate in the live Q&A and your chance to claim this exclusive serum, simply join us on facebook during the time of the Q&A and post your question to the girls. If you post directly on our Facebook wall rather than within the chat thread, please use hashtag #JUARA so Yoshiko and Metta can be sure to address your question.
