Manly Monday – The 30-Day Ab Challenge



So a challenge has been laid down to the men of the office to work on our physiques, specifically the abdominal region. Normally I wouldn’t be open to being objectified and treated like some kind of experiment, but seeing as summer is fast approaching it’s a damn good idea. This is no April fools joke ladies and gentleman, for the month of April we’ll be dedicated to transforming our torsos in an effort not to just put it to our lady co-workers responsible for the challenge, but to raise a bit of awareness for men’s health, provide some motivation for every guy to get out there, keep fit and healthy, and be comfortable in the skin he’s in.

But first things first, take a look at our before shots so you can remember what we looked like when we come back looking like Hugh Jackman. These are the men of the Dermstore Beauty Group. Now we may not be as glamorous or as striking on the eye as the ladies of the nest, and we may not come back looking as chiseled as a rock, but we’re just after signs of improvement here. Who can work hard, eat right, stay committed and stick to a path of healthy living.

We need your help though. Leave a comment, some tips, show some love for your favorite Dermstore man, and tell us who you think will see the biggest TRANSFORMATION. Don’t just say the guy who already has a pack because the jokes on him, I don’t see there being much more that bloke can grow. This the 30-day ab challenge, who are you rooting for?

    Absolute abs is kind of the most amazing way to motivate the man population at! Although, not going to lie..I’m not so sure that the last dude has much “hunting” to do…can one grow a 20th ab?

    Anyway, I have found that holding a 15/20lbs weight while doing ground ab excerises really helps, while pumping up the sweat. Also, a simple way to workout your abs without intentionally working out your abs is to keep your core tight while doing other workouts.

    My vote is for Rey..because I eat rice everyday and fairly convinced that is the key to my rock hard abs.
