I know that EVERYONE is sharing his or her 2013 resolutions and this post may seem redundant but I have to be held accountable for my New Year’s resolutions somehow. Like most, my resolutions begin with health and fitness. Two items that I would say I’m pretty average range at.
- Tighten up my beauty routine in hopes it tightens up my skin. Word on the street is adding this serum from SkinCeuticals will greatly increase my chances of reverting back to my 20s. In addition to regular facials, routine check-ups with my dermatologist and stopping being sloppy about taking off my makeup at night. Yes, I still fall victim to the lazy teenager I once was.
- Speaking of tightening, try some new fitness programs. With all the groupons, livingsocials and gilt local deals this is one resolution I can achieve. I’ve signed up for Pop Physique (thanks to Sam) and YAS in Silver Lake. Let’s see if I make it past the first class since I’m not a huge fan of spin.
- Power up my nighttime regimen with Perricone MD. While chatting with one of my best girlfriends, she mentioned that Perricone has that powerful punch I’m looking for to battle the signs of my early 30s. Based on customer reviews, I’m going to test out Cold Plasma first and see what results I get.
- Continue with my juice cleanse. I did this last month and loved it. I noticed a big difference in my skin and overall health. Just felt more alert, full throughout the day and refreshed. I did miss chewing so the helpful suggestion of celery sticks saved me big time. My favorite is the BluePrint Cleanse but I’ve also heard from others that Pressed Juicery is great as well.
Since I’m sharing my goals for 2013, I would love to hear yours. Share and maybe we can be each other’s support group.
