I need to be supported by alleviating stress in my daily life. I have 3 children, 2 of which have a fatal genetic disease that keeps us busy with doctors appointments and daily treatments to keep them healthy. That can all be emotionally stressful but I also have the hectic life of a mom of two teens with after school activities and sports and then add dealing with a busy toddler at the same time. There is very little time for myself during the day. A break from the daily storm to bring calm to all of that is how I need supported.

Just a few kind words, wether is be from a friend, family are total stranger. It is important to understand that your life if precious. Grudges are a waste of perfect happiness. Laugh when you can, apologize when you should, and let go of what you can’t change. Take chances, give everything, and have no regrets. Love what you have, and always remember what you had, and where you came from. Try to forgive but never forget. Learn from your mistakes but never regret. Realize that people may change, and things can go wrong. And finally, you ultimately become your thoughts. Kindness, understanding and love are the best support!

I also have a husband,3 children and other relatives/friends that I have cared for and given treatments to outside of work . Therefore I would benefit from Ruby Room to continue to provide the ultimate care for others .Thanks for the opportunity to share my story.
