    I have to say the best de-stressing experience for me is having a real good facial. The steam and cream really do the trick. The wonderful finishing touch is the message.

    My favorite way to de-stress? A glass of pinot noir, a face mask, a warm bubble bath, and some rousing classical music.

    My favorite way to de-stress? is to put on my favorite soft music, cancel all my obligations for the day and pamper myself with a hot salt bath, a body massage, and a home spa treatment all done with my own hands, at my own pace,while sipping a glass of wine. A quick de-stresser yoga and a comedy.

    I like to de-stress with a hot cup of chamomile tea, a hot bath and with some aromatherapy candles burning!

    Journaling is my favorite way to de-stress along with a comforting cup of hot chocolate on the desk.
    A stroll to the lake and feeling the sand between my toes helps me calm down too. It’s easier to chill out when I’m barefoot.

    My favorite way to de-stress is to take a long walk with my shih-tzu, Yoshi. It really takes my mind away from the stress, even if for a short time, and my body appreciates the exercise.

    De-Stress? What’s that? LOL I’m sorry, I don’t mean to make fun of anyones ways of de-stress. It’s just a very rare thing around here to de-stress. I guess my way is to have the house to my self and just enjoy the alone time and do whatever I want. Or climb into bed and put my head phones on and listen to an audio book, sometimes, just a cool rag on the forhead works, dream of my dreams in life

Would love to get rid of the dark cicrles under my eyes or the puffiness
