SXSW Beauty Survival Kit

While I may not be heading to Austin, Texas for SXSW right now and I’m completely jealous of all those that are, it got me thinking, “Why I can’t vicariously live through them?” Well friends, I can. It’s that easy thanks to the live streaming of events, blog posts, tweets and pinterest boards flooding the social media world. So in honor of my daydream state I’ve composed my SXSW beauty survival guide that would have all the indie music fans, independent movie buffs and hopeful start-ups attending this week’s main events in mind. Lucky for me, Coachella is right around the corner so my daydreaming beauty kit will not go to waste. Let the beauty entertainment begin:

Energy & Health Powerhouse Duo

My must haves for keeping up with the Jones at the festival: EBoost (Acai Pomegrante please) and Perricone MD’s Skin & Total Body supplements. This combo will keep your momentum up while improving the overall health of your body thanks for omega 3s, calcium and magnesium. Keeping up with my Perricone MD challenge is easy with the convenient packets.

For those that are Tech and Beauty Savvy:

See the latest beauty trends at the festival by following the #SXSW hashtag on twitter. You are sure to be inspired and entertained by all the fashion and beauty trends showcased by indie artists and fashionettes.

Colorful Go-To

One of my favorite things about is the New Arrivals section. With more than 650 brands, I can see what’s new daily. Right now my favorite go-to is stila’s in the Garden Eye Shadow Palette. It’s a perfect mix of bright poppy colors (this spring’s trend) and also some gorgeous neutrals like Chanois, a personal favorite.
